Redmine

Hi, I've successfully set up a system where the local postfix MTA creates an issue in Redmine in a support queue. Also, if new users send e-mail, they will get a new user. All good so far.

However, I'd like everyone that reporters recieve an e-mail with the issue number, just as a confirmation that we have recieved the issue.

Is there an easy way of doing that?
