View issues in the past AND future ?

I can create a filter thats hows ticked with due dates before today (overdue issues) and i can create one that shows issues due this week. But is there any way
to filter in a way so i will get a list of messages that are due this week OR due before today ?

If you don't know: How do you handle this ? How do you get an overview of what has to be done next ?

So i finally figured out how to do this:

You can set the filter on the due date to "more than days ago" and set the value to a negative value, say -7.

However i would assume that "in less than" 7 days should also include overdue issues as an issue one day overday would be due in "-1 days" so thats less than 7.

Anyway hope this helps someone :)
