Installattion Questions

Hello
I have generic install of SLES10 SP3 64bit on Vmware Workstation VM. Downloaded the Redmin 1.0.2 tarball from redmine.org.
There are pre-requisite like Rails, Rack. Is is supplied in vendors folder of redmine.
I installed Gems from SLES SDK
How do i install pre-requisite.
