Redmine

I have configured 2 project in redmine, each project has a SVN repository.
I use TortoiseSVN and TortoiseRedmine(1.1.08) as Plugin for the Issue tracker integration.

I have created issues in both project (#1 and #2 in first Project, and #3 and #4 in second project)
the #1 issue has a relation with #4 issue.

When I want to commit from tortoiseSvn for the second project, I click on Redmineissues button on the commit window.
I only have the issue associated with the second project.

Is it possible to have the list of all issues of the both project when an issue is shared by two projects?

Or How can I associate an issue of one project to another when I commit a file?
