hi,

i have disabled all email notifications for the admin user

my account => email notifications => no events
my account => i don't want to be notified of changes that I make myself => checked

currently i don't get any emails if issues are created/maintained in the application

but i still get an email when an issue is created or maintained by email

my version: Redmine 1.1.1.stable (MySQL)
