Installation Issues

Freebsd 8.1
Redmine installed from ports
After navigating to /usr/local/www/redmine dir
when I run
RAILS_ENV=production: rake db:migrate
I receive the following error
RAILS_ENV=production: Command not found.
Any help fully appreciated.
rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production should work
