New Issue Guidelines/Directions

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to include new issue guidelines at the top of page on a per project basis similar to what is being done for new issues at http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/issues/new. Specifically, the yellow box at the top that states "efore submitting a bug report, please check SubmittingBugs to make sure you provide all the required information".

I have an idea how it could be done for all projects, but because of the nature of how we're using Redmine, some projects would need these instructions and some wouldn't. Additionally, the guidelines could differ from project to project.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should open a feature request about that. I think this could make an interesting plugin.

I was thinking of making that exact plugin, now that the plugin API is in place. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Yes, they are close. #442 is requesting a description per tracker and this one is per project.

Per tracker would work fine as well.
