role based file access?

hi all,
i need to provide different files to different users.
common problem i guess, but could not find nothing for hours now...

features like the 'file' module or SVN prj.-access are just either active or not (role based), right?
what i need is role based access to different files (subfolders)

i'm running redmine on a windows server.
