apache list files and ruby file dose not execute or show

i have apache webserver and use manual but http://66.228.36.98/
show files ...
how sole this problem

Going through the installation some time ago I seem to remember facing the same problems.
For me it started working when I installed the passenger-module in apache.
Have you tried that?
