about install problem

I have two computers and one of two I installed successfully by following the documentation of Wiki.But another when I follow these steps:Instant Rails->Configure->Datebase(Via PhpMyAdmin)then I saw the website that said"phpMyAdmin - error"
where the problem is?

Check that:

  1. you're web server is started
  2. php is enable in your web server

If not, try to find out a log file with the error.
