Redmine

I just want to ask how will I able to solve this problem whenever I point my browser to http://localhost:3000 --> LoadError in WelcomeController#index

I currently in Step #7 of this guideline: http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/RedmineInstall
..but I skipped #6 since I'm still having trouble doing it (see http://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/show/2389)
