How to migrate from redmine 0.8.x (InstantRails-2.0-win) to 1.1.x (InstantRails-2.0-win)?

How do I move the DB data, code customizations, email setting, DB settings, etc., from a InstantRails-2.0-win installation of 0.8.3 to a InstantRails-2.0-win installation of 1.1.2?
