New Issue Statuses not in drop-down list

When we installed Redmine, there were 6 Issue Statuses defined: New, Assigned, Resolved, Feedback, Closed, & Rejected. I created a new one, Deferred, but it does not show up on the Status drop-down list on any of the projects.

We have two projects and one of them has one subproject.

We are running 0.8.4(Stable)

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to configure your status in workflow.

Aha. Thanks for the tip. Now I see it in the help, as well.

It still took me 4-5 tries to get it to work. It is necessary to enable it for both the Role and the Tracker. If you have 7 Statuses, that's 49 settings. If you have 5 Roles and 3 Trackers, you must set them 15 times. I think I got them all.
