Upgraded from 1.04 to 1.10 and can't see files under the "Files" tab

Hello,
I just upgraded from 1.04 to 1.20, running the bitnami stack and module on a windows 2008 server.
Everything works perfectly (the database, wiki, etc), except that the files that showed up under the files for each project no longer show up.
If I add a new file and go into the file system, I see the new file alongside the old files that I copied across as per the installation instructions, but the old files remain hidden.
I'm assuming I screwed something up during the installation, though everything else seems to be working great.
