How to auto update ticket only after code merge?

Hi, all

I'm using git and gerrit with Redmine. The problem I have is that, every time I push my commit, the related ticket will be updated if I use fixes in the commit comment.
And udpate again after code merge.

But what I do expect is that the ticket only updated after the code review and got merged on gerrit.
