Revision info is not linked to the issue

Hallo,
im running the latest stable redmine with passenger on a debian squeeze. Im also using a post-commit hook to update the revision infos when someone submits into our svn.
sometimes the issue does get updated, but the revision info block isnt displayed.
steps to reproduce:
submit into svn with ; fixes #ticketnumber
goto redmine/issues/ticketnumber
expected behaviour:
linked revisions are displayed as a block on the right of the issue
my current behaviour:
see picture :(
