I cannot create custom fields anymore after upgrading to 1.2.0

I am running redmine 1.2.0 on apache and I can no longer create custom fields within 1.2.0. It gives me an internal error on every aspect of creating custom files. Can anyone help with this? much appreciated.

I've installed version 1.2.0 and seems to be okay creating custom fields, what does your log file say?
