Error after Upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.2.1

Hi,
I just downloaded the release version 1.2.1 and tried to upgrade my 1.1.1 version to.
On Startup I get the following error:

Version are as follows:
rake --version rake, version 0.8.7 ruby --version ruby 1.8.7 (2008-08-11 patchlevel 72) [i586-linux] gem --version 1.3.5
Can anyone help me?
