Set attachment storage path

I have upgraded to version 1.2.1 from version 1.1.1. Now I am able to upload files and they can be found in default location (\redmine\files\).
I am not able to find the old file attachments at the default location and do not know where did I set it in the previous version.

Kindly let me know which file do I need to look into? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
