Updating issues problem

I have a problem with updating an issue, when i

in the Change properties field set, when i click on the "more" link, redirected to the issue's index page (from /issues/{id}/edit to /issues/{id})

i have this problem on all issues, could this a permission problem or something else?

I think I've already this issue somewhere on this site; maybe due to a plugin?

libjs-scriptaculous was not installed by the Redmine ubuntu packages, so some importen javascript files was missing :)
