Hi
Can anyone tell me where to change the default sort order for Journals ie, viewing the History on an issue.
I know each use can set it in the their Preferences, but I am about to tell a whole bunch of users to register & they will all want it displayed in Descending order with the latest comment at the top.

At the moment the default ordering is Asc I need it to be Desc for all.
