Removing "Estimated Time" and "% Done" from "New Issue" screen

I'd love to remove the "Estimated Time" and "% Done" from "New Issue" screen, but can't seem to find a way to do so. We won't use them, and I'd like to clean up the screen by removing them. Is this possible?

Remove them from here: "app/views/issues/_form.rhtml"

Is posible to do so accordin to the tracke Im using, like if they were a custom field?
