Redmine Rake Error

Hey all,

Basically, when I run the command:
rake1.9 db:migrate RAILS_ENV="production"

I get the following error:

rake aborted!
no such file to load -- base64

My setup is:
Debian 4.0
Lighttpd 1.4.19
Ruby 1.9
Gems
Rails 2.1

Can someone please help?

Redmine haven't been tested with ruby 1.9 yet. Please use ruby 1.8.
