Diff view in the Repository

When viewing a Diff of a given revision (using Subversion 2.5 and Redmine 1.2.1, windows server 2003, MYSQL) I only see the changed portion of the file, say lines 500 to 520. Is it possible to change this to show the entire file (say, lines 1 to 1000)?

If not a setting, what would it take to make this modification?
