Missing the i18n 0.4.2 gem. Please `gem install -v=0.4.2 i18n` but it installed already

Hello. I have some trouble with install Redmine v 1.2.1 in CentOS 5.7
rake generate_session_store
return error
Missing the i18n 0.4.2 gem. Please `gem install -v=0.4.2 i18n`
But
@gem list
LOCAL GEMS
i18n (0.4.2)
rubygems-update (1.8.11)
gem --version
1.8.11
ruby --version
