Is there a way to add a new issue with values from the url?

I want to create a bookmarklet or similar to import issues from a Get Satisfaction page.

I'd be easy if i could just open http://home.yast.com/projects/projectname/issues/new?subject=Somethings+wrong&description=Here+is+the+original+url=....

Is there some way to initialize the new issue?
