Redmine

Hi,

some redmine mails are misformated for some users... It is not clear, why.. Example:

foo bla foobla f=C3=BCr foo bla =
foo =C3=9Cbersicht bla bla foo erg=C3=A4nzen =

(foo and bla is from me, the =CE=BC is a german umlaut ü and so..)

Any idea why? And how to fix?
