404 error on projects/add

I made a migration of redmine on new server. Everything is fine. Excepted .... When I try to add a new project.
The URL myserver/projects/add send me a 404 error with redmine skin and this message:
La page à laquelle vous souhaitez accéder n'existe pas ou a été supprimée.

Something seems misconfigured, I don't know where.

I'm avaible for further information. Thanks for your help.

Because there is no such page. Try myserver/projects/new or remove the plugin which redirects you to this wrong page.
