Slow save speed

Hello, everyone.

I have recently installed a redmine 1.2.0 using BitNami stack.
When I use it, I found out that when saving a ticket, (either new or edit) it takes about 10 seconds.
However, when I am browsing, the speed is fine.
I am wondering if anyone can guide me to improve the save speed.

this one is done.
It turned out this is caused by sync sending emails.
I have switched to async email and it disappeared.
