Original SMTP server configuration won't change

Hi everyone,

We have RM 1.1.2 running on Ubuntu 10.04. We have the /config/email.yml SMTP server set for some time. We have a need to change it. However, when we change the SMTP server to a new server, after rebooting, it doesn't work. Checking the headers, the RM server is still sending to the old SMTP server. We checked the DB, and nothing there. It appears email.yml is the only place to make these changes. Is there some kind of cache file? We've rebooted several times, but no matter what we do, we can't change the original SMTP server settings. Thanks for any help you can provide,

Still could use some help. Is there anywhere else Redmine stores SMTP server information other than email.yml?
