Limit "View differences" by file size

Hello everybody,
is there a way to limit the "View differences" to files with size inferior to X Kbytes ? I've got some some projects with huge text files (about 100 MBytes) in the repository. If multiple users try to "View differences" between revisions, it kills the machine.
Maybe there is a better way to handle that ?
