Best way to migrate 0.7 database to a new 1.3.0 installation?

Hi All,

I have downloaded and installed the latest version using the Bitnami install for Redmine 1.3.0 on Ubuntu 10.04.

This has installed smoothly and we would now like to migrate our Users, Projects, Issues, Wiki Documents, and Files into the new database.

Is it possible to upgrade the old database using the latest rake tools? If so, could someone advise the command for this?

Otherwise, could we manually script them migration of our objects using SQL?
