Unrelated mail notification

Hi, folks.
I've just got a mail with title:
[Redmine - Development - msg29323] Can't access SVN repository Apache.
In my account settings, "Only for things I watch or I'm involved in" is selected in "Email notifications".
I looked
http://www.redmine.org/boards/4/topics/29323
and confirmed the star of [Watch] is off.
So why this mail came to me?
