eMail notification

Hello,

i use redmine version 0.7 (rev-1941) and have problems with the email notification.
In my redmine are 5 projects. If someone in the first project create a new ticket all members received a email with the ticket.
But the all other projects don't sent a notification email.

I dont know if it is a bug or a bad my settings in the enviroment.rb.

Acutally I have a similar impression. Notification for News seem to work, but for Tickets there are problems. We have quite a few projects now and on a recently created project even the assigned person did not get an email. For the same project I did get a notification for a news entry, though.

Redmine here is 0.7.devel.2003
