Please, help

Idea - comfortable work with users list¶

In buisines program we have many projects, users, roles.
but standart interface do not do any qwery, filters for comfortable use this data
I know about redminecrm. Its very intresting/ And we use some its posibilities

But¶

1. contact in redminecrm not equal user/
2. we cannot load contact information into redmine ( or redminecrm) from MS Outlook export csv contact list
3. i can do many additional filelds for users, but cant used function wich we used wit issues: view, sort, filters group users with my fields data :(

Why?¶

I need  save all users contacts in MS  Excel and alwais think about - Were last version - in xls or in Redmine/
