Redmine

Hello,

our Company is evaluating Redmine for inhouse use currently but the Management is missing some key features they apparently fell in love with while using Jira.

One of them is having multiple-choice fields in a ticket with either 1-in-n oder m-in-n checks possible
The other one is linked-dropdown fields, like if you change dropdown a, the options in dropdown b adjust themselves accordingly.
Ah yes, and search filters with "OR" instead of AND.

Do you know of a plugin or patch that could approximate or even deliver this functionality? How much effort would you estimate for a rails programmer to make them happen?
