Move issue is missing after 1.4 upgrade

Hello everyone,

I am a ROR newb, but quickly learning the basics :)

After a VERY ROUGH upgrade from 1.3.2 to 1.4.1 I am now missing my move issue button.

Please advise,

You can now move issues to another project using the regular edit/bulk edit form.
