How do I create a relationship between issues?

There seems to be some feature to relate issues together... (related to, duplicate) from what I read on the forums, but the FAQ doesn't have a clear answer on how to actually link issues together.

I'm using redmine 0.7.3.

I found it...

For those searching... after adding an issue, there is a "Related Issues" section on the issue summary. There is a "ADD" link to the right (easy to overlook, which was my problem) that allows the relationships to be added.
