Git log visualization has a break in the line between two commits on the same branch.

I'm curious what could cause this. None of the other visualization tools I use (IntelliJ IDEA, Tortise Git) do it and it only happens when I'm viewing all branches in my repository. I'm using Redmine 2.0.3.
