issue follows - automatically update follower start date when followed issue is updated - why not always ?

Hi,
I have task A ending 15.Oct.2012
I create task B with relation "follows A with 0 days delay" > start date of B automatically set to 16.Oct > GOOD
I update task A, now ending on 16.Oct > start date of B automatically set to 17.Oct > GOOD
I update task A, now ending on 13.Oct > start date of B does not get update > WHY ?!
Can you please tell me if any trick available to make B follow A when duration of A shrinks ?
