Redmine - uploads.json / uploads.xml - Page Not Found

I want use REST API to send image file into redmine but sites like http://myredmine.com/uploads.json or http://myredmine.com/uploads.xml return 404 Page Not Found. When I try see that page in my browser I just see:

Page not found
The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed.

I enabled REST API in redmine settings... so where are this pages?

Seems that you don't really know what REST is, please read a bit about it.
