Update Tickets via URL

Hello,

is it possible to update a ticket via url? e.g. the Ticket-Status?

How would the URL look like?

Im currently using this Environment:

Environment:
Redmine version 2.1.2.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7 (i386-mingw32)
Rails version 3.2.8
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Redmine plugins:
redmine_changeauthor 0.0.2
redmine_default_version 0.0.2
