Issues received from e-mail

Hello,

How can I set a defaul assigned_to for issues opend by receiving e-mail ?

And another question about issues received by e-mail is when a e-mail user is not includ on redmine, it's ignored, has a way that this can't ignored and create a issue ?

Make sure you read http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineReceivingEmails

Valid attribute values that can used with the allow-override option are: project, tracker, status, priority, category, assigned_to, fixed_version (aka. Target version), start_date, due_date, estimated_hours, done_ratio.

Redmine has a feature that provides the ability to accept incoming emails from unknown users. In order to use this feature, an extra parameter has to be included:
