Looking to hire a developer for a few plugins

Morning,
My company is looking to hire a developer familiar with redmine to build a few sorely needed plugins. Rate & timelines negotiable and we'd be happy to open source the plugins for community use (its only fair)!
Looking to get started as quickly as possible!
