How to mask history for members ?

Hi,
The history shows all the information on a modified request.
I have a need where I would be able to limit the information according to the changed fields or make them disappear for a particular group.
For example, I add a text field exchange only available for members of the same group and for which I do not want applicants to be reading or writing.In the installed version (2.1.2), the comment is actually not accessible to the applicant but he sees through history.
Can you help me?

L'historique d'une demande trace la totalité des modifications apportées sur celle-ci.
J'ai un besoin de masquer certains échanges au demandeur; j'ai créé un champ texte qui ne s'affiche que pour certains groupes mais l'historique affiche les informations de celui-ci...
Peut'on supprimer tout ou partie de l'historique affiché et en tout cas les modifications des champs masqués pour un groupe d'utilisateurs ?
