Redmine

Morning everyone!

Hoping this is something I'm overlooking. I'm looking to use redmine email notifications to submit environment change requests to various departments. Since they are all "special" they have their own information requirements which I've implemented through custom fields. Many of these departments don't have access to redmine so I'd just like to send them an email and go from there. Is there a way to include all custom fields for a project to an email notification?
