Time tracking display format

Is anyone aware of a way or a plugin to display standard time format when viewing or logging time along side decimal time format?

Hi, I am using Redmine 2..3.1 stable, however, when user enter 30min on spent time field, it calculates as 1.50 hours. Though the Redmine user guide explains about the standard time format with example as 1h 1 hour 30m 20min ......etc. however redmine entered time as decimal value only. Please help me if anyone know solution for this issue. OR do we have fix on latest release like 2.5 ?
