Redmine 1.4 - config.ru missing?

Hi
I want to try Redmine 1.4.7 (because of the many plugins avalible), instead of 2.2.2, but when I have made the installation, I get an error saying the config.ru is missing!
Do I have to make config.ru manual? and if so, how do I make it?
