Redmine

I'm new to Redmine and I'm using the Bitami distro in Windows. We are using it for general purpose project management and so far it fits the bill very nicely. My question is if there is a setting that as the administrator, I can have email alerts/updates sent by anyone who makes updates to any projects? For example, I'm the administrator and have several people on a project team who could be either creating new projects or completing tasks from existing projects. I want to see all activity from anyone adding any. I also want to have project activity sent to other email addresses. I'm accomplishing all of this currently in my own profile by simply adding "watchers". I have one "watch" user that is basically a distribution group email that goes to an executive committee.
