Install Redmine with Wamp Server on Windows 7

Hi everyone,

I am using Wamp Server the latest version for Windows 32 bit and I am trying to install Redmine.
I followed these instructions in this link:

but I stuck at rake generate_session_store

It asked me install the mocha gem,json gem and rmagick gem...

I used DevKit to install successfully mocha gem, json gem but not with rmagick gem.

Please advise what should I do to install Redmine with Wamp!
